The Speed of Bolt iPad App

Our good friends at PUMA gave us a call and said they needed an iPad app for a store launch showcasing the mighty Usain Bolt. The only issue? They wanted it within five days!

Using PUMA-supplied video and images, we designed and built a jQuery Mobile application and, five days (and a lot of coffee!) later, delivered it to PUMA pre-installed on five shiny new white iPads.

Visitors to the stand could browse the interactive app, viewing images and videos of Usain Bolt, and also access a collection of PUMA-selected websites. We installed the app as a kiosk to ensure users could only access the app and agreed websites, without having the ability to browse the internet – vital for an in-store or event demonstration.
