A core element of i-to-i TEFL’s marketing strategy relies on collecting user details with various tools that require users to sign up. These leads are then targeted with relevant & timely communications to guide them through to purchase. The TEFL product / industry can be quite confusing and so it was no surprise i-to-i’s “TEFL Taster” was their most popular tool
The brief:
- Rebuild & improve the i-to-i TEFL Taster
- Create it in such a way which will allow the team to build new versions of the taster to link into campaigns & other marketing activity
- Ensure the system is easy to use & integrates with other i-to-i Systems
Our solution:
Our solution was to take a CMS that is widely accepted as the easiest & most popular CMS in the world, WordPress and create a plugin that would allow i-to-i to create & place lead tools across their internet properties.

All information collected throughout the Taster is collected & posted to i-to-i’s CRM & analytics systems. The data is used to inform the communications strategy and can be used by the telesales team if a user called the business.
