The i-to-i TEFL business is a complex business, customers often have to complete large amounts of research before fully understanding if teaching overseas is right for them. i-to-i TEFL are always mindful of loosing potential customers and providing rich, useful information to help with that decision making. The team wanted to enable potential customers to ask i-to-i TEFL, and their community, a question. After all 100′s of potential answers are better than 1.

Every website has an FAQ system, its generally a really long page of text that people get frustrated with and just end up picking up the phone. Imagine a system which you could query to see if your question has already been answered. If not, you could create that question… what if you could take it one step further and allow anyone to answer that question and rate/comment on answers that already exist? How about on top of all that you could push that question to your Facebook community to get an answer? Well that is exactly what our Q&A application allows you to do. Still in its infancy we strongly believe in our Q&A system and the value it will add to both clients is really powerful.
