The team wanted to enable potential customers to ask i-to-i TEFL, and their community, a question.

The majority of company websites have an FAQ section. It’s generally a really long page of text that people get frustrated with and so end up picking up the phone instead. Imagine a system that you could query to see if your question has already been answered. If not, you could create that question.
