The fine art of persuasion

Once you’ve pulled people in, the next step is persuading them to act in the way you want – whether that’s providing data, buying something or sharing your content with their friends. The best way to do that is to engage your audience with relevant, compelling content and clear navigation. That way they’re more likely to find what they need and much less likely to bounce off to one of your competitors.

It’s good to share

One increasingly important action in digital marketing is sharing. If you can build products, content and social objects that are good enough to be shared between friends, you’ll extend your reach, spread your brand story and improve your online brand presence. It also creates valuable inbound links back to your site. Handy that, eh?
